Completing a double degree in physiotherapy and exercise science, Alice is a dual accredited physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist (ESSAM) with over 10 years experience in a busy private practice clinic. This multi-disciplinary environment has provided her with significant experience in all musculoskeletal conditions across the life span including sporting teams and chronic disease.

Alice has a specific interest in musculoskeletal conditions and clinical exercise prescription in the ageing adult. Her dual qualifications allow her to combine the effects of hands on treatment and exercise to give her patients optimal injury outcomes. She has developed multiple exercise programs aimed at providing accessible, affordable and effective exercise interventions for musculoskeletal conditions and chronic disease. Specifically she is the creator of All Active age specific exercise classes and a balance and falls prevention class. As well as being key to the successful implementation of Onero osteoporosis classes and GLA:D education and exercise classes for hip and knee osteoarthritis within Allsports Indooroopilly.

While at University, Alice completed her honours research project in elite level divers and is an accomplished athlete herself having played water polo at a national level. She worked as Physiotherapist for a local AFL clubs and the QAFL umpires, developing on field injury management as well as treatment and prevention of injuries. Additionally, Alice has provided injury management presentations to the Queensland Water polo teams.

Alice has a passion for continuing professional development in both physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology and sits on the Healthia Professional Development Committee. She is highly involved in the education of recent graduates and enjoys helping junior staff shape their allied health career.
