When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
Here at Allsports Physiotherapy, we’re always proud to support the remarkable athletes that take great strides to raise funds for cancer research.
With another Noosa Tri complete, this year’s 300+ Smiling for Smiddy competitors raised an incredible $360,000 in funds for cancer research at the Mater Foundation. Joining their ranks was our Jindalee Clinic’s Director & Physiotherapist, Cameron Schembri; an avid triathlete and proud Smiddy sponsor.
Across the morning, the atmosphere of the Smiddy tent was charged with excitement; ringing loud with cowbells and ‘Go Smiddy!’ cries each time a Smiddy triathlete flashed by in blue. A big thank you to our Physiotherapists: Sarah, Allie, Kate, Paul, Chris, Nic, Isobel, Lauren, Phoebe, Sean, & Dave, for volunteering their time to provide the many weary bodies of Team Smiddy with a well-deserved, post-race massage!
Congratulations to all those who competed in the 35th Noosa Triathlon Multi Sport Festival!
