Tom is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Queensland University of Technology.
Tom enjoys working with patients of all ages and has developed a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions and athletic strength and conditioning. Whether it is improving quality of life, quality of movement or quality of performance, Tom is determined to help his clients achieve their goals through an individualised and holistic approach to exercise.
Tom has always led an active lifestyle and has played football (soccer) for over 20 years. Re-occurring injuries during his experience as an athlete has sparked his interest in providing quality injury prevention and rehabilitation. Tom’s interest in strength and conditioning and injury prevention has contributed to him designing and implementing such programs for Brisbane cricket and soccer clubs as well as school sport teams competing in state competitions. Tom runs some of our All Active and Clinical classes while also being licensed to run our ONERO group-classes which is designed to help those diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis.
Outside of the clinic Tom enjoys travelling, playing golf and football with friends and taking his husky Leo for runs.
