Manali joined Allsports after graduating from Griffith University in Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

Manali’s interest in Physiotherapy sparked from her background in competing in various sports through her schooling years and had the opportunity to experience the impact physiotherapists can have on injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance.

Manali enjoys all aspects of Physiotherapy however has recently completed further qualifications in the APA Women’s Pelvic Health Level 1 & 2 and APA Women’s Health Through the Life Stages Level 1, which allows patients to seek guidance and treatment with any pelvic floor concerns including post-natal return to sport, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, urgency, and pre-natal/antenatal and post-natal concerns inclusive of guidance within gym based exercise and reformer/matwork pilates.

Manali also has an interest in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation in the adolescent population and was the physiotherapist for the Women’s UQFC FQPL2 squad in the 2024 season.

In her spare time, you’ll find Manali at the gym or playing football.
