Brooke completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) at Queensland University of Technology. Brooke knew she wanted to persue this career from a young age after growing up and seeing the positive impact that hydrotherapy sessions had on her brother who was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis. She saw first hand the positive impact that this career choice can have on individual lives, and wanted to help share this impact with as many kids as possibe.
She is passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment focusing on family-centred care and creating collaborative goals with both clients and their parents to achieve the best outcome for each child.
Brooke’s special interest in working in a paediatric population was sparked by her 4 years working as a recreational gymnastics coach. Brooke has additional clinical experience working with children of all ages through her role as a Exercise Physiologist helping to treat conditions including ASD, ADHD, hypermobility, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, juvenile arthritis, anxiety, among others. In her free time Brooke loves to spend her time outdoors going hiking, to the beach, playing board games, and hanging out with friends and family.
