Kiana graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2019. She has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since then, navigating the health world during COVID-19. As a physio, Kiana believes staying fit and active is key, and preventing and managing injuries is her forte. She teaches clinical Pilates and does an array of manual therapy techniques including dry needling.
Since university, Kiana has had a passion for pelvic health, completing her APA training and further developing her skills in this area, with more study to come!
Kiana is interested in helping women throughout their lifestages, particularly during and after pregnancy, keeping their pelvic floor as healthy as possible!
Outside of work she plays basketball, is a keen runner and loves playing with her two dogs.
