Manon is an Occupational Therapist with a background in community and disability support services, where she worked for 10 years before pursuing tertiary education. Her experience in the sector inspired her to deepen her knowledge of disability and health, leading to a strong interest in upper limb therapy.

Throughout her Occupational Therapy degree, she developed expertise in upper limb assessments for both children and adults, gaining hands-on experience in muscle strengthening, nerve function, and movement rehabilitation. To further refine her skills, she volunteered at the Werribee Clinic, staying up to date with clinical interventions and assessments while building confidence in patient care.

Now part of Melbourne Hand Rehab, she is committed to specialised hand therapy, helping patients regain function and improve their well-being.
