Caite graduated from Griffith University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy. She has also completed her APA Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy and ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning qualifications. Caite has a particular interest in working with athletes, especially swimmers, basketballers, and AFL players, but is passionate about treating all injuries and helping people manage their pain and achieve their goals through physiotherapy.
Caite chose to become a Physiotherapist due to her own experiences growing up and working with fantastic physiotherapists while managing injuries during her years of competitive swimming. She aims to combine her background in exercise science, strength and conditioning, Pilates, and on-field injury management to provide dedicated, thorough, and evidence-based rehabilitation plans for each of her patients.
When not in the clinic, you’ll find Caite watching her basketball team, at the gym/running or reading a good fiction book.
