Emma moved from the Blue Mountains to Townsville early in life, completing her schooling at Pimlico State High School. No matter the town, sport and physical activity were a large part of Emma’s childhood and adolescence, participating in swimming and basketball at a representative level. This passion for movement and activity eventually drove Emma to complete her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at James Cook University in 2022.

Physical activity remains a large part of Emma’s life, and she can often be found at the gym or walking her dog Pippin around some of the popular walking spots in Townsville. Otherwise, she is probably grabbing a coffee somewhere or in the kitchen trying out new recipes to share with her family and friends.
