Erica has returned to Victoria after completing a Doctorate in Physiotherapy at Bond University, Gold Coast. Before returning to study in 2017, Erica worked as an Exercise Physiologist for 2.5 years in an East Melbourne private practice, focusing on musculoskeletal conditions.
Prior to this she completed a Bachelor Exercise Sport Science and Human Movement, and Masters in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Victoria University in Melbourne. With her background in exercise physiology, she believes individualised tailored programs, combined with manual therapy techniques are the foundation for long term patient improvement, optimising function, and achieving the patient’s goals – whether this be returning to sport or everyday activities.
In between her university degrees Erica has lived in Geelong and played for various netball teams in the BFNL and GDFL, she also played in the Victorian Netball League. Whilst living on the Gold Coast she switched codes to AFL, playing for the Broadbeach Cats. On weekends Erica returned to playing netball in the BFNL. When not playing sport she enjoys the beach, travelling, and socialising with friends and family.
