Eugénie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University. Her treatment is focused on manual therapy alongside active, patient-centred and goal-based rehabilitation.
As she developed a love for long-distance running, Pilates became important towards her own personal performance in both the Gold Coast and Noosa Marathon for supportive strengthening. Subsequently, to complement her Physiotherapy studies she undertook her Reformer and Matwork certifications and has worked as a Pilates instructor for the past 4 years.
Stemming from her passion to help those invested in movement and physical activity, Eugénie has previously undertaken sports training for UQ Rugby and the Metropolitan District Netball Association. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior Eugénie will be committed to ensuring you’re prepared for peak performance!
