Jasmin has been a Massage Therapist since 2007 and completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at Q Academy in 2017. Jasmin became a massage therapist because she felt the need to provide care through her hands. She believes in a holistic approach to well-being and the magic of touch.
She uses a variety of techniques including remedial massage, Swedish, pregnancy massage, reflexology, myofascial release, trigger point, muscle energy technique and stretches.
Having had treatments herself since she was in her 20is, she sees the many benefits and how it improved her overall well-being and loves helping other people feel the same improvements. Whether it’s a remedial massage to help with injuries and chronic pain or just a nice relaxing massage to help deal with stress.
Massage therapy can relieve, physical stress and discomfort, muscular pain, emotional stress and tension, limited range of motion, and gives that overall feeling of well-being all without drugs or invasive procedures. It is a natural way to provide relief and comfort.
