Jill is a Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience. She has worked in both the public and private health developing pathways, clinics and involved in research in pelvic health. Jill lectures at the Continence Foundation of Australia, Australian Physiotherapy Association and Monash School of Physiotherapy on a regular basis. She has also spoken at many community events and writes for various health and fitness magazines. Jill’s mission is to inspire other health professionals and the general public to learn more about pelvic health and make change to prevent and heal these issues.
Pelvic floor and pelvic girdle problems can cause emotional distress and lead to reduced participation in exercise, social activities and intimacy. Jill has a passion for restoring physical biomechanics and enjoys observing her clients improvements in quality of life and activity levels of all age groups.
Jill has 3 children and in her spare time is a keen triathlete achieving Australian or State age group champion at sprint, olympic and half ironman distances over the years as well as competing in 2 world triathlon championships.
