Julia grew up in Toronto, Canada with a passion for sports, such as swimming, ice hockey, running, and skiing. Since moving to Australia, she has been exploring as much as she can and trying out triathlons!

With her background in human kinetics and anatomy research, Julia brings her knowledge in movement and exercise in assisting patients to achieve their goals in a holistic manner. Her clinical aim is to empower people and foster independence by providing them with an active role in their health care. Julia also runs the GLA:D program which is an education and exercise program for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
