Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Anatomy) from the University of NSW followed by a Diploma in Physiotherapy. She has been working in the area of hand therapy since 1985, and gained much of her early hand and upper limb experience from working at the Sydney Hospital Hand Unit. Kate has been working as a dedicated hand therapist on the northern beaches for 30 years. She is a Certified Hand Therapist (USA) and full member of the AHTA.

Kate is an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the AHTA) and currently consults from the rooms at Northern Beaches and Pacific Hand Therapy.
