Katrina has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Griffith University and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University obtained in early 2023.
Katrina started out working in gyms as a personal trainer helping clients achieve their strength and conditioning goals. Since becoming an Exercise Physiologist, she has been working in private practice with a variety of chronic health conditions and has a developed special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, diabetes, women’s health, and mental health.
Katrina believes that exercise is the best medicine to help people improve their health and wellbeing and enjoys empowering her clients to feel stronger and develop more confidence in their abilities. She competed in State Level Athletics and Representative Netball throughout high school but now spends most of her spare time in the gym, hiking with friends or snowboarding while on holidays.
