Lucy graduated from The University of Queensland in 1998 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement Studies). Lucy also completed a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies in 2004. 

Lucy worked in the US for a couple of years before returning home to Brisbane. She has been working in shoulder rehabilitation at Extend for 12 years.

Lucy joined the Extend team in 2006 and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association as well as the Shoulder and Elbow Physiotherapy Association.
