Originally from Sydney, Paddy is a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal physical function and performance. Paddy holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a Major in Movement Science from The University of Sydney. More recently, he graduated from a Bachelor of Physiotherapy program at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie. Paddy’s journey into physiotherapy was inspired by his active involvement in various sports, particularly Rugby Union. His firsthand experience with sports-related injuries fueled his interest in human movement and preventive training methods aimed at reducing time spent on the sidelines. With a diverse professional background, Paddy has gained valuable experience in neurological rehabilitation, post-operative cardiopulmonary, mobility and exercise, preventative healthcare, return-to-play protocols, and general musculoskeletal injuries. His exposure to a wide range of conditions has honed his ability to tailor treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient.
Paddy possesses a particular passion for running-related injuries & strength training, post-operative orthopaedics, knees and shoulder pathologies. He is committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy practice and continually seeks opportunities for professional growth and development.
