Rhona completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011 and her post graduate certificate in pelvic floor rehabilitation at Melbourne University. Throughout her career, she has worked in hospital, private and sports settings.
Since moving to Australia in 2014, Rhona has worked in private practice, sports and pelvic health. She has a passion for educating and empowering her clients on achieving their goals. She is always keen to learn, regularly completing further courses to broaden her knowledge base.
Rhona has a particular passion for the spine, jaw and pelvic health. She is always determined to restore effective biomechanics and function. She thrives on assisting women throughout their lifespan; from puberty, through pregnancy and to menopause.
In her spare time, Rhona loves to be out in nature walking or running, in the sea, doing pilates or boxing!
