Townsville local – completed her schooling at St Margaret Marys College before studying at JCU.

Sophie is currently working towards competing her first competition this coming April. You will find her either at the gym or walking along the strand with an Iced long Black in hand. She has found a passion in women’s health, dance & musculoskeletal physiotherapy through her university studies and hope to focus on this through her work this year as a new grad.  

She has always had a huge passion for dance & fitness. Since the age of four through to graduating high school, Sophie was at TAPA nearly every afternoon it seemed like. As well as joining the competitive rowing team at SMMC while in high school. Since then, she has found a keen interest in the gym where her bodybuilding passion developed.
