Sophie Tickler, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Honours Melbourne University 2000. After qualifying in 2000 from Melbourne University, Sophie practiced Physiotherapy in a variety of settings and countries, including Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland. She worked extensively for the British Military over several years and relished the opportunity to work in such a unique environment. Starting Restore Movement in 2008, Sophie enjoys working with patients with acute conditions, but specializes more with those requiring rehabilitation. Her goal is to help every patient Restore normal movement patterns which are stable, efficient and controlled.
Sophie conducts Pilates classes and one-on-one Pilates sessions three times per week and has completed the following post graduate courses. She also has a young daughter and Physiotherapist husband who fill her spare time.
