Golf fitness classes are a circuit style class designed to target the specific biomechanical demands of golf. The underlying strength program within the classes aims to optimise and increase your performance during golf, while helping to prevent and/or manage injuries.
This specific fitness program includes and replicates the physical demands of the golf game, including disassociation exercise for the upper and lower limbs, axial rotation, single-leg movements and a variety of core exercises.
